As a Family owned and operated restaurant The Boss takes great pride in serving the Oroville community and has done so for over 35 years. The Boss was purchased by the Martin family in 1980 and their commitment has remained the same, provide friendly service and high quality food anyway you like. All burgers are seasoned to perfection, prepared fresh with only the best quality ingredients and cooked to your desire. Whether you like it well done or medium rare we can do it. We only use 100% lean ground beef from Wagon Wheel Market, and we offer chicken, fish, and Vegetarian Sandwiches.
